GOOD FIT FOR Buyers who want the city life
Old North at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond

KNOW THE
NEIGHBORHOOD.

Downtown OKC is really six different districts packed into one relatively small part of the city

Bricktown is where the games, canal, and entertainment live. Midtown brings resturants and nieghborhood energy. Automobile Alley mixes old storefronts with newer shops and apartments. Deep Duce has it's own history and character. West Village leans artsy. And City Center puts you right in the middle of the skyline

The cool part is that you don't really have to just pick one. Downtown living puts resturants, parks, entertainment, and several of these districts within walking distance or a streetcar ride.

Here's what's actually on the market right now.

3 DIFFERENT VIBES OF DOWNTOWN OKLAHOMA CITY

BRICKTOWN + DEEP DEUCE

This is the more energetic side of downtown. Bricktown brings the canal, restaurants, games and entertainment, while Deep Deuce adds more of a residential neighborhood feel right next door.

MIDTOWN + AUTOMOBILE ALLEY

Restaurants, coffee, shops and some of downtown's strongest neighborhood character. This is the part of downtown that can feel the most like an actual neighborhood while still being firmly urban.

CITY CENTER + WEST VILLAGE

High-rises, historic buildings, offices, arts and some of downtown's newer residential options. City Center is the skyscraper-heavy business core; West Village extends the downtown experience west toward the arts-oriented side of the city.

BRETT'S TAKE.

DOWNTOWN IS PROBABLY WRONG FOR YOU IF...

You want a big yard, a three-car garage, and plenty of space between you and your neighbors. Downtown means trading some square footage and privacy for location.

BUT IF YOU WANT...

Restaurants, parks, Thunder games, concerts, and coffee within walking distance, and you like the idea of leaving the car parked more often, it belongs on the list.

"Downtown is for people who want to live in the middle of what they actually do." — Brett

NOT SURE IF DOWNTOWN IS FOR YOU?

CITY OUTSIDE

HOME INSIDE

Downtown living isn’t for everybody. But if you’d rather have restaurants, parks, games and things to do outside your front door than another half-acre to mow, it might be exactly what you’re looking for.
